<span style="font-size: large;">Other than that, I think the Throne of Glass series by Sarah J. <span style="font-size: large;">Hello!</span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-size: large;">I really am sorry for not being able to post for a whopping two months!</span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-size: large;">My father was seriously ill and everything was so hectic, I couldn't even get near my laptop or concentrate on reading. He's healthy and better now (I know it's a miracle that made it possible. There came a point when we were all afraid that our time with him was over) and things are slowly getting back to normal.</span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-size: large;">If you missed me, then I know I'm providing some quality content. </span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">Well, if you didn't then I hope there will come a point in the <b>near </b>future where it'll happen. </span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"><br /></span>
<br />
<span style="font-size: large;">Also, I have some books I agreed to review and I apologize for
putting them off. I hope you'll understand. I will get to them as soon as I can and from now on my
posting will be back in schedule. </span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"> </span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">I'm so glad to be back and that things worked out fine!</span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;">This series is a new take on fairytale stories and this first book is a parallel to <b>Cinderella's story</b>. Extremely funny, interesting storyline and the little predictability is what makes this book so much entertaining and engaging to read.</span> <span style="font-size: large;">It is a light read with some great theme and gives you a sense of nostalgia. <h3 style="text-align: left;">
<span style="color: lime;"><span style="font-size: large;"><i> </i></span></span></h3>
<ul style="text-align: left;">
<li><span style="font-size: large;">The first thing I really liked about this book is the premise! The lines of good and evil in reality is not as black and white as in theory, but it's like precariously balancing on a very thin rope dangling in an abyss. The story explores that concept in a subtly dark way, so props for that!</span></li>
</ul>
</div>
<div>
<ul style="text-align: left;">
<li><span style="font-size: large;"> The characters! I really, really liked the characters, they were realistic and I cared & connected with them. Tani and Keena were really sweet! But, two in particular, Eli and Ava, I just LOVED them. They were an effective pair! Especially Eli, who is really a badass, he reminded me of Samuel L. Jackson in Snakes on a Plane (Yes, I love that movie!)<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div style="text-align: left;">
<div style="text-align: left;">
<span style="font-size: large;">I noticed something when I made my <a href="http://eclecticintrospections.blogspot.in/2014/12/series-i-will-not-finish.html" target="_blank">Series I Will NOT FINISH</a> post and I've been meaning to write about it, now, here it is! </span><br>
<br>
<span style="font-size: large;">So, as you already know, I'm an avid YA reader. I LOVE Young Adult books. If you think children's books are too childish and adult books are too adult-y for you, then YA is the middle line. It's the perfect balance (For, the record, I love both children's and adult books, still, I'm just pointing out a fact :D)</span><br>
<br>
<span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-size: large;"><i><b>Twilight ex Machina! </b></i></span></span></span></span></span><br>
<br>
<span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-size: large;"><i><b> </b></i></span></span></span></span> </span><br>
<span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-size: large;">Day by day, I see increase in the people who've read Twilight or a book similar to it and loved it, so they are pick up their laptop to write a YA "book". Of course, I'm not saying all YA authors do it, but those who do outweigh those who don't.</span></span><br>
<span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-size: large;">It makes me so mad cause many YA books that are actually </span></span><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-size: large;">better in so many ways get </span></span>pushed to the back because of ones like these. </span></span><br>
<span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-size: large;"></span></span><br>
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>
<tr><td style="text-align: center;"><img alt="" border="0" src="https://p.gr-assets.com/540x540/fit/hostedimages/1380421522/837401.jpg" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;" title="Cancer"></td></tr>
<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;"><br></td></tr>
</tbody></table>
<span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-size: large;">I don't think Twilight is a great piece of literature. I would compare Twilight to </span></span><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-size: large;"><span class="_xdb"> </span><span class="_Xbe kno-fv">M. Night Shyamalan</span>'s The Happening. You see that movie and you immediately know even the actors who worked in it knew it wasn't making sense, but they just rolled with it and were like "Let's just get this over with *sigh*"..</span></span><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-size: large;">At a point in the movie I laughed when people were dying left and right (a few by a lawnmower...um..yeah..) The movie is so horrible that it's epically Hilarious</span></span><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-size: large;"> (It's still better than Twilight though..By a Lot)</span></span>. </span></span><br>
<span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-size: large;"> </span></span><br>
<span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-size: large;">Twilight is a guilty pleasure series. Period. I love the movie Supernova</span><span style="font-size: large;">, it's one of my guilty pleasures, but if anyone said that movie sucked I would probably agree..because it does suck on a cinematic scale.. </span></span><br>

<span style="font-size: large;"> After Dinner, I comfortably settled on my bed and I started watching some Harry Potter videos on Youtube and then I came across this video of Harry and Luna. Now, you know I LOVE Luna! She is one of my most favorite character in the Harry Potter series, more than any other female in the series (Maybe except Lily). I don't remember much about them in the books, but in the movies I think Harry and Luna had a great chemistry together. Every single scene they have together, you can see this spark between them.</span><br>
<br>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://www.fanpop.com/clubs/harry-potter/answers/show/170161/can-harry-potter-luna-lovegood-pics-with-togater" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" target="_blank"><img alt="http://www.fanpop.com/clubs/harry-potter/answers/show/170161/can-harry-potter-luna-lovegood-pics-with-togater" border="0" src="http://images4.fanpop.com/image/answers/980000/980305_1285522454378.13res_500_275.jpg" height="220" title="Luna Lovegood" width="400"></a></div>
<br>
<span style="font-size: large;">I like Harry and Ginny together in the books, mostly because Ginny's character had more depth and development. But, in the movies, Ginny's like meh...the whole Harry and Ginny thing felt like it came out of nowhere...Yeah, she had crush on Harry, but I always felt like they shoehorned that because it was in the source material and they absolutely had NO CHEMISTRY!! </span><br>
<br>
<span style="font-size: large;">I so badly wanted Luna and Harry to become a couple. These are the reasons I think they should've went that route. I'm only taking into consideration the movies and not the books, because it's been so long since I read them, anyways I really like Ginny in the books!</span><br>

since I was a child, I have recognized that books are a way to travel to other
places and have incredible adventures. Even though I am older than the average
teen reader, I’ve always loved reading Young Adult books and strongly believe
you’re NEVER too old to read them. A great book is simply a great book
regardless of its intended audience. I read both adult and young adult novels,
and equally love both. </span></span></div>

<span style="font-size: large;">Hi again!! Two announcements in a day! I have a very good feeling about this year :D</span><br>
<br>
<span style="font-size: large;">You may have noticed in my reviews [that is if you check them out. If you don't read my reviews..I mean why not? New Year is a good time to try new things ;)] that I do not rate any of the books I read. It's because I do not believe in the star or number rating system. I mean how can you tell the difference between a book that 3 stars and another that's 3.5? I never figured it out. </span><br>
<br>
<span style="font-size: large;">But, recently I've been getting a lot of requests to review books and well, you can't review a book for someone and not rate it. </span><br>

<span style="font-size: large;"> The Reboot Series by Amy Tintera. I read the first one, Reboot and it was okay. It uses the same formula as all the other dystopian books and I don't care what happens to anyone or anything. </span><br>

<span style="font-size: large;"><br></span></div>

<span style="font-size: large;">I saw this tag on <i>'round The Flames</i> blog. You can check it out <a href="http://roundtheflames.blogspot.ie/2014/11/the-christmas-song-book-tag.html#comment-form" target="_blank">here</a>. In this tag, titles of popular Christmas songs are taken and a question is made out of each one.</span><br>
<br>
<span style="font-size: large;">So, here goes!</span><br>
<br>
<span style="font-size: large;">1. "You're a Mean One Mr. Grinch" - Name a villainous character you couldn't help but love to hate.</span><br>
<span style="font-size: large;">President Snow from The Hunger Games Trilogy. An old guy who kills children to further his political agendas and seems to enjoy it? Hell Yeah! He's so methodical in what he does and he's extremely good</span><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-size: large;"> at psychologically manipulating someone to get what he wants.</span> Maybe it's because I really like the actor playing Snow in the </span><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-size: large;">movies.</span> But, looking like Santa and Papa Smurf combined he is a hell lot evil and I find his character really interesting. </span><br>

<span id="freeText5331871224779302231" style="font-size: large;">Isis
gets these dreams, feels a monster stalking her in them and due to
fear she kinda becomes an insomniac is what it sounds like. She meets
the monster, confronts it, yay! and he turns out to be a very attractive
dude. He challenges her he's real and she doesn't believe him. Voila!
the next day she sees the same guy in her school. </span><span id="freeText5331871224779302231" style="font-size: large;">David,
the attractive dream monster guy, tells her he is a Deity and the
place she visited in her dreams is actually his realm or country or
something. The Gods have been living undercover with the humans and such
for many years. </span></div>
